This is the website for Sunahara Kaiedo in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture. They utilize the TCD theme HAKU.
We create shell-matching art pieces as ring pillows for traditional Japanese weddings.
Our previous homepage couldn’t be edited by us, which was problematic. We wanted something easy to edit ourselves and with a Japanese aesthetic.
We chose HAKU because the design company Hitoyumi we commissioned recommended it, saying, “All TCD themes are stylish, but for Japanese style, it’s HAKU.”
After delivery, I can easily edit it even from my smartphone. The overall look became more dramatic, and inquiries have increased compared to before.
Throughout the site, delicate and elegant images of our “shell matching” pieces are beautifully arranged, perfectly matching HAKU’s design. The sophisticated catchphrases and thoughtful use of white space enhance the artistic quality and Japanese aesthetic of the pieces, leaving a strong impression on visitors.
Additionally, the intuitive operation and updates possible even on smartphones have made daily information sharing much easier. HAKU’s unique appeal, combining design and functionality, helps express the brand’s worldview more deeply.
