The online shop for “Slow life,” a Western-style confectionery shop in Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, uses RIKYU.
We use it because we wanted separate websites for our homepage and online store. Our key focus is photography. Despite my wife’s exasperation, I invested about 800,000 yen in cameras and lighting equipment to achieve the photos I envisioned. This dedication paid off: sales on the online store more than doubled after introducing the camera compared to the first year, and repeat customers have increased. Moving forward, we plan to focus even more on presentation. We’ll also run a blog in true WordPress style, using it as a step towards building our store brand.”

Content like “Owner’s Trivia” is also included, making you want to read more, with thoughtful touches scattered throughout to convey the brand’s appeal.
