Octo Bell’s website utilizes MONOLITH.
We created it at the request of the landlord of an apartment undergoing renovation. Since each room features a unique designer renovation, we showcase the wonderful points of each room in a catalog-like format, presenting them like a page in a magazine.
Many residents are university students moving in from outside the prefecture. Previously, even through real estate agencies, issues like power dynamics among landlords meant these great rooms weren’t prioritized for promotion. We created a direct path to reach prospective tenants (linking HP, Instagram, YouTube, Google Maps), and the website now fulfills its role, generating inquiries and securing contracts directly.
We created a friendly image by introducing the Octo Bell apartment and showcasing the landlords’ faces. We also created a page featuring feedback from residents who completed exit surveys. This ensures those moving from far away can live with peace of mind and allows prospective tenants to make informed decisions without needing viewings, as the website clearly answers their questions.
The header content is divided into four sections, allowing flexible layouts tailored to the message you want to convey. This allows effective placement of key information like property listings, campaign details, and messages from the owner, guiding visitors to grasp the site’s appeal.
Additionally, the custom post type “Project” serves as room introduction pages for properties. Each post meticulously showcases one room, highlighting the unique character and attention to detail characteristic of designer renovations.
Detail Pages feature numerous photos alongside floor plans and “Great Features” sections, presented clearly to help viewers visualize the living space concretely. By carefully visualizing aspects difficult to convey through photos alone and the practical benefits of daily living, these pages effectively capture the interest of prospective tenants.
