The employment support information site “Continuous Employment Navigator,” operated by the General Incorporated Association Employment Support Center, has adopted GENSEN.
Employment Continuation Navi is a portal site connecting individuals with disabilities seeking computer-based work with Type A and Type B employment support facilities specializing in IT-related jobs.
We focused on usability and design to achieve two goals: enabling users with disabilities to easily find the most suitable facility for them, and allowing facilities to fully showcase their appeal. An advanced search system is essential for finding desired locations among numerous facilities. Using the TCD theme “GENSEN,” we were able to build the entire site, including this search system, without needing to hire a specialized web development company. GENSEN enables intuitive operation and comes with comprehensive manuals, allowing us to complete a highly functional site relatively easily.
We also focus on a blog addressing employment for individuals with disabilities or difficulties in the workplace. GENSEN also makes it easy to publish blog articles, contributing to attracting visitors.
Moving forward, we aim to grow this site by increasing the number of listed businesses, striving to become a platform that powerfully supports individuals with disabilities taking their first step into society.
“GENSEN” features diverse search functions, including category search, keyword search, and filtering by conditions. Its design ensures users can smoothly find the information they seek.
