Konda Hachimangu

The website for Konda Hachimangu Shrine, located in Habikino City, Osaka Prefecture, utilizes the TCD theme MIKADO.

We wanted to create a site that effectively conveys the atmosphere of a traditional Japanese shrine, so we selected the MIKADO theme, inspired by its demo site.
While still a work in progress, we aim to make the site as clear and understandable as possible in both its structure and content.

One of MIKADO’s major features is its ability to display the global menu and catchphrase vertically in the first view. This visually expresses the unique beauty of Japanese language, the solemn atmosphere of the shrine, and its high prestige. Furthermore, the dynamic visuals spanning the entire screen effectively capture visitors’ attention and leave a strong impression.

Furthermore, MIKADO offers a comprehensive set of custom post types ideal for sharing shrine information, such as “Annual Festivals” and “History.” This allows you to convey tradition and history clearly and beautifully. Consequently, you can effectively communicate the shrine’s appeal not only to local residents but also to visitors and tourists traveling from afar.

Please take a look at these examples of MIKADO in action.
