The website for Wakayama City’s service-supported senior housing facility, “Fudoki no Oka Kifu-en,” utilizes MONAD.
MONAD is a theme inspired by psychosomatic medicine, but in terms of “providing reassurance,” caregiving shares that same essence. I was drawn to the gentle impression conveyed throughout the entire site. Furthermore, the content and presentation closely matched the image I envisioned, allowing me to choose it without hesitation over other themes.
I myself was involved in web production until about ten years ago, but I’ve since changed careers to a different industry, so this is my first time using WordPress in a very long time. Throughout the process, I could feel TCD’s meticulous attention to detail everywhere, thinking “Wow! I see!” and so on, and I was able to enjoy the production process.
The homepage header features a slider image that conveys the facility’s calm atmosphere, accented by vertical text, resulting in a memorable design. This provides visitors with a sense of reassurance while visually conveying the facility’s message.

Additionally, the Facility Information Page utilizes the custom post type “Medical Services Guide” to organize and display information clearly. Its structure allows users and their families to smoothly access necessary information, balancing ease of information dissemination for administrators with convenience for visitors.
