We selected this theme to achieve a simple structure that prioritizes job seeker-centric UX—ensuring clear pathways to information and high-visibility navigation that lead to applications—while effectively showcasing interview content that naturally conveys the company’s culture and workplace ethos.
We designed it with a clean, minimalist aesthetic centered on the logo’s blue and white colors, aiming to inspire trust and reassurance in job seekers.
The MASSIVE header features a drawer menu and link buttons instead of a standard global menu. This allows conversion-focused pathways like “Voices of Senior Employees” and “Apply” to be displayed in easily accessible locations.
