Asakusa Kimono & Yukata Rental “A’s ESSENTIALS” utilizes SERUM for their website. This site was created by TNGC Graphics.
This website was developed for a newly launched “Kimono & Yukata Rental” business in Asakusa, Taito Ward, Tokyo. The primary target audience is young women visiting Asakusa for sightseeing and inbound foreign tourists. Despite a limited budget, we aimed to create a high-quality site that clearly differentiates itself from competitors.
While we typically focus on original designs, for this project we balanced cost and quality by building on a TCD theme. Rather than using the template as-is, we implemented detailed customizations using a child theme to achieve a design that fits the brand image and target audience.
We selected a premium TCD theme known for its visual appeal and functionality. Beyond visual impact, we thoroughly implemented Google SEO strategies, focusing on page design and keyword placement to meet search demands like “kimono rental” and “Asakusa yukata.”
Additionally, we implemented multilingual automatic translation and an intuitive web reservation system, prioritizing usability for international visitors. The structure simultaneously achieves improved reservation rates and enhanced site navigation.
Upon opening the site, my eyes immediately went to the square logo. I feel this logo creates a stylish atmosphere. SERUM allows displaying a square logo in the header, effectively differentiating it from other sites.

Another SERUM feature is the ability to place buttons like “Reserve” or “Contact Us” in the sidebar. This ensures clear pathways to CTAs, effectively prompting user action.
