The theme MASSIVE, which allows you to build your own job recruitment site, is being used by ‘Exterrace Inc.’
Since most of our applicants are women, we designed the top page with a soft and welcoming feel. We opted for a cursive logo and included plenty of illustrations featuring women. For the content, we focused on presenting a solid corporate image.
While the demo site primarily uses red, switching to blue gives it a completely different vibe. You can change the entire site’s color scheme with just one click.

MASSIVE also features a unique header. Instead of a traditional global menu, it utilizes link buttons and a drawer menu. By setting the entry form as a link destination, you can easily boost conversions.
