The Japan Institute of Self-Esteem uses MASSIVE on their website “Self-Efficacy.”
The theme was originally intended for recruiting, but we took the plunge and converted it into a dedicated site about a single “concept”.
Self-efficacy is the belief in one’s ability to accomplish a specific task or goal. High self-efficacy empowers individuals to confront challenges and tackle problems, even in difficult situations. It’s based on the idea that one’s abilities and efforts hold significance, irrespective of the outcome.
This site uses a top page and a blog to promote such self-efficacy. The blog provides useful information on how to increase self-efficacy and its relationship with self-affirmation. Please take a look.
