The Jodo sect temple “Renshōzan Kumagaya-ji” in Kumagaya City, Saitama Prefecture, has adopted ZEN for its website.
Given that it is a temple website, a traditional Japanese aesthetic was required, along with simplicity in operation to ensure ease of use for older visitors. After comparing several themes, we decided to use this one.
The homepage prioritizes the temple’s characteristic serene atmosphere while providing clear navigation for visitors. The “Large Banner” feature is particularly effective, displaying a full-width background image with delayed scrolling to create a solemn and memorable homepage.

Additionally, the “Seasonal Events” page allows you to organize and display various annual services and events by season. Since the page can be built using the WordPress editor, you can also create event schedules using tables.
