Ichii Inc. has adopted GRAVITY for its site “Senior Chintai 60plus”.
We used this for a new site focused on rentals for seniors. I’ve been reading Nakata’s newsletter and planned to use GRAVITY when building a real estate site.
Because this site specializes in “senior rentals” featuring properties from Asahi Kasei and Sekisui House, we chose a top page banner image and colors that convey luxury and trust.
We also made the site flow easy to follow and readable for seniors. For articles, we increase the font size and write carefully.There are still improvements to make to the property search, but we plan to nurture the site going forward.
GRAVITY’s biggest strength is its robust property search. It guides users to find listings smoothly by area, neighborhood, train line, and other criteria. Administrators can also import prefecture and city data with one click, streamlining site management.
